If you have forgotten your password, you can request a new password by clicking on “Forgot password?” on the sign-in form.
You will be redirected to a page where you can enter the email address you use to sign in to the email field.
Once you confirm the request, a reset password email will be sent to your email inbox. In the email is a that will redirect you to a web page where you can reset your password by entering your new password twice. The password must have alpha-numeric characters and cannot be the same as your previous password. Once this process has been completed, you will receive a confirmation email in your inbox notifying you that your password has been successfully changed.
