You might find that you can't see a patient or an assessment you know exists. Alternatively, a patient or assessment you've created might not show up on a colleagues' device or on a report generated from the PainChek system.
This is most likely due to the fact your device is not synchronised.
To synchronise your device, establish connectivity to the internet (via WiFi or a mobile network) and then either:
a) Sign into the PainChek app, or
b) Press the "Last Sync" message at the bottom of the "Dashboard" form:
If you do either of those (whilst having internet connectivity), you'll briefly see the message "Synchronising":
The "Last Sync" message will then reappear and you should see that the date and time in the message matches the current time:
Once you've synchronised your device, you will find:
a) any patients or assessments you've created are saved in the PainChek database (and so are available for reporting purposes and for other users to download)
b) any patients or assessments created by others are now on your device
