Why has it been introduced?
The PainChek chart, accessed through the Residents or Documentation menu, has been created to display the results of the PainChek assessment which is created through the PainChek application.
When was it introduced?
The chart is included as part of version 8.3.3 of Clinical and Care Management.
What has changed?
The read-only PainChek chart is now available on the Chart configuration page under the Admin menu. Assign the chart to the facility which has been integrated with PainChek. Link to progress note or link an ACFI question, if applicable.

When the assessment in PainChek is complete, on save, the PainChek chart in Clinical and Care Management will be updated.
Ability to strike through an observation is not available on PainChek chart.
