Note: Your user access level may be restricted from managing app installations
You can view the devices that have had PainChek set up with your license and block devices from the PainChek Portal
To view your active installations of the PainChek application, you need to click on the Installations page, Active Devices tab in the PainChek Portal. You can see a list of currently active installations ordered by System (Android or iOS) and device name.
If you are looking for a specific installation, you can filter by System (Android or iOS). You can also conduct a search by typing the Device ID or Device Name into the search field in the upper right-hand corner of the page.
Blocking an installation
In case you have lost your mobile device or you have reached your installation limit you can block active PainChek installations in the PainChek Portal.
Go to the Installations page, Active Devices tab. Click on the BLOCK button next to the Device you would like to block.
You will be asked to confirm that you want to block the respective device.
Once you click on ‘Confirm’ the device will be blocked and the PainChek application can no longer be used on this particular device. The device will now appear on your Blocked Devices Page.
Unblocking an installation
Blocked installations are listed on the Blocked Devices Page. You can choose to unblock installations by clicking on the ‘Unblock’ button in the last column of the device profile.
After clicking on ‘Unblock’ you will be asked to confirm that you want to reactive the respective device. Once you click on ‘Yes’ the device will be unblocked and will appear on your Active Devices Page.
