Your PainChek® licence may not have the Quick Sign In feature enabled. In that case you will not see the Quick Sign In features described below in PainChek.
Quick Sign In allows you to sign into the PainChek® Infant App using just a 4 digit PIN (rather than using your username and password).
Quick Sign In also allows you to sign into the PainChek® Infant App when you are offline (disconnected from the internet), something you cannot do with a regular sign in.
Enabling and Disabling Quick Sign In
Quick Sign In can be activated the first time you sign in (the PainChek® Infant App will prompt you to set up a PIN - see Setting up the PainChek® Infants App) or it can be done via your User Profile page.
To activate quick login from your User Profile page:
1. Tap on MENU icon on the top left of the main dashboard:
2. Tap on the MY PROFILE option from the menu that appears:
3. Toggle Enable Quick Sign-In so it's on, tap in the UPDATE PIN field, enter a 4 digit pin and then tap SAVE:
You can tap the "EYE" icon if you need to reveal the PIN you are entering.
Using Quick Sign In
If you have switched on the Quick Sign In function, you will be able to identify yourself by selecting an icon displaying your profile picture and name. You will be prompted to enter your four-digit PIN to log into the PainChek® Infant App. To sign in using Quick Sign In:
1. Tap on your User Profile and Name:
2. Enter your 4 digit PIN:
