PainChek has three different types of sign in options.
Email and password hosted by PainChek.
Username and password hosted by PainChek.
Email using Single Sign-On (SSO) hosted by a third party.
These instructions only apply if you are using Option 1.
If your organisation uses Single Sign In or uses a Company Id to sign into the PainChek® Systems, you will need to use the password reset process your organisation has set up for you. If you are unsure which of these options
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it on the sign in page by tapping FORGOT PASSWORD on the apps sign in form:
Then enter the email address you use to sign in to the email field:
Once you tap OK a password reset link will be sent to your Email Inbox.
You will need to open your Email Inbox and locate an email sent from “email@example.com”. This email will contains a link to reset your password which expires if not used within 14 days
By clicking on this link, you will be redirected you to a web page where you can reset your password by entering your new password twice.
The following Internet browsers are supported:
Chrome (version 64 or later)
Mozilla/Firefox (version 60 or later)
Safari (version 12 or later)
Edge (version 41 or later)
We recommend that you always keep your browser updated to the latest version.
Please note that Internet Explorer is not supported and Microsoft Edge is recommended.
The password must be at least eight alpha-numeric characters and cannot be the same as your previous password.
The PainChek® Infant App must be connected to the Internet to sign in using your new password.
