For a detailed definition of each Body domain indicator, please see the ‘information’ icon next to each checkpoint in the app. When assessing a resident's body, ensure you look back over the last seven to fourteen days for any confirmed ‘painful injuries. This should also be reported in this assessment.

When you finish The Body domain tap on DISPLAY SUMMARY. The pain assessment will output a total score.
You will be able to see separate scores for the Face, Voice, Movement, Behaviour, Activity and Body domains as well as the total aggregated pain score and its intensity level (no pain, mild, moderate, severe).
This level is assigned according to this scale:
- 0-6 = No pain |
- 7-11 = Mild pain |
- 12-15 = Moderate pain |
- 16+ = Severe pain |
Once the pain assessment has been completed tap SAVE to save the assessment or suspend the assessment process by pressing on LATER.
If you want to verify a specific domain's score, tap on the domain.
