Note
Administrative Reminder Function Only
Follow-up reminders and overdue assessment alerts generated by the PainChek® Portal are administrative prompts designed to support workflow scheduling and documentation practices.
These reminders do not monitor patient condition, indicate clinical deterioration, or suggest the need for clinical intervention. Clinical staff must use their own judgment and institutional protocols to determine when patient reassessment is clinically required.
