The data visualizations and trend charts provided within the PainChek® Portal are intended solely for informational and administrative purposes. These displays represent historical assessment data and general usage patterns only.
All graphs, score trends, summaries, and reporting dashboards are not intended to interpret patient status, determine pain severity, monitor changes in clinical condition, or guide diagnosis or treatment.Clinical decisions must be based on direct patient assessment and established clinical protocols, independent of the Portal’s informational displays.
