The following steps must be completed in order to enable Manad and PainChek integration.
-
Ensure you are running version 5.8 or later of Manad Plus. If you are not, we can’t proceed with the integration as that’s the first version that supports PainChek integration.
-
If you have multiple sites or facilities, you’ll need to let us know which ones require integration with PainChek. If it’s all of them, you can simply let us know that.
-
If PainChek is already being used by your organisation, you’ll need to let us know if you want all of your existing assessments loaded into Manad. Otherwise, we can just load the new ones created from now on.
-
We’ll need to know the URL or IP address of your Manad server. This is so that PainChek can connect to it to fetch resident details and upload PainChek assessments. Your IT team can help with this one.
-
You’ll also have to check to see if the PainChek servers need to be whitelisted. If that is needed, white list these servers:
Production: 13.54.1.75
UAT: 13.54.127.226
Again, this is an item for your IT team.

Click here for instructions on how to enable the PainChek integration in Manad 5.8. This process will produce an API key which you will need to provide to PainChek.
Use One Time Secret with a 3-day expiration to sending the API key to PainChek. Instructions on how to use One Time Secret can be found here. Providing the key via any other method (eg, email) is a security risk and we don't recommend it.
